I didn't forget!  Mua hah hah.  No comic this time.  Oh the disappointment.  :noes:

So today is :iconslinkgirl95:'s birthday, though it is still August 1st in my area.  Happy B-day to you!

Since SPY Fox already delivered her a cake, he returns with a present.  A fragile one (care to guess Slink?).  Only some goons decided to be jerks and threw a pie at him.  Good thing he seems to have a party-related gadget in his hand.

This year I tried out traditional art again because Slinkgirl95 specializes in traditional art.  Boy, I haven't done a traditional art piece since Teddy Hug.  ^^;  I used colored and a mechanical pencil on sketch paper this time.  I tried some shading as well.  Of course this is only my second time creating a colored-pencil based fan art so I made a couple of small goofs here.  Oh well.  I'm happy with this overall.  :)

I only used Photoshop to bring the drawing as close to its original saturation as possible and to add my watermark.  I did not bother correcting the goofs I made to show my traditional art skills.  But oops, the original drawing was slightly big compared to the scanner so it's a teeny bit crooked.  Not too bad though.

So Happy Birthday, :iconslinkgirl95:!  :cake:  :cake:

SPY Fox belongs to Humongous Entertainment.

Haha, sweet. :D

This looks really great for another traditional drawing of yours. All the colours are done nicely. Haha, I can just imagine what kind of party related spy gadgets Professor Quack must have come up with, like the one you've done. I bet the present will be a tea pot, as that is fragile. xD Oh, those goons. Yeah, I was wondering what the pie was there for. xD

As for your goofs, I don't see too many. Overall, great job on this!

Now if only I could program Photoshop....
